British Sign Language (BSL) Club

'British Sign Language (BSL)', a new after-school club for children in year groups 2 to 6 started in the summer term 2023 after school on Wednesdays (3.15 – 4.15pm). It will continue in the autumn term 2023.

The BSL club is be led by Miss Rebecca Crawford who has passed her Level 1 and 2 training with ‘Signature’ British Sign Language Awarding Body.

Miss Crawford led some BSL lessons during our Diversity Day  in October 2022 and she also encouraged each class to watch the special live BSL lesson in school on 15.3.23 at 10am.

Miss Crawford is a teaching assistant in our school and she has a real passion for learning, using and teaching sign language.
